KRYOON records gym-member payments manually. After a member pays through your gym’s accepted offline or external method, authorised staff record the payment. KRYOON does not process online member payments through the Member Portal.
When a member pays part of an amount, retain the payment record and keep the remaining balance visible. A partial payment should not be confused with either a fully unpaid or fully settled amount.
Memberships and payments accumulate over a member’s time with the gym. Keep previous payment records connected to the member so a colleague can understand the position without searching old messages or registers.
Start the billing workflow by finding the customer or member, add the relevant items, review the bill and create the invoice record. Bill creation is separate from reviewing dues; both keep the customer context clear.

An approaching membership expiry and an outstanding balance tell your team more together than either record alone. Review the relevant membership, validity, renewal and payment information in context.
The Send Reminder action supports your dues follow-up. When the gym receives payment through its accepted method, staff record it and review the updated balance. A reminder does not collect or settle the money.
With gym-enabled Member Portal access, members can view relevant invoices and recorded payment information. The portal presents their records; it does not provide online member checkout.
Payment and due information is available to authorised users according to their role and permissions. Belonging to the gym does not give every staff member the same financial access.
Use recorded payment and due information with the reports included in your plan. KRYOON’s member payment tools are operational records, not a replacement for your bank, tax filing or full accounting system. Paying for the KRYOON software subscription is a separate process.
