What is gym staff management software?

Which roles does KRYOON support?
The four defined gym roles are Owner, Manager, Trainer and Accountant.
Does every staff member get the same access?
No. Access follows the person’s role and permissions.
Can staff have their own accounts?
Yes. Each staff member can use their own account with the tools available to their role.
Is there a separate Staff Portal?
Yes. KRYOON provides a dedicated working experience for authorised staff.
Can Trainers see member information?
Trainers can access the member and training information allowed by their role and permissions. Their account does not automatically provide unrestricted business or financial access.
Can Accountants see payment information?
Authorised Accountant access can include the relevant financial, payment and invoice information. It does not automatically provide full administrative access.
Can staff manage other staff?
Only if their role and permissions allow it. It is not a right given to every staff account.
How is staff attendance recorded?
The Owner or appropriately authorised staff record staff attendance manually. It is separate from member QR check-in.
Can I customise permissions?
Yes. Growth and Pro include permission customisation for Owner, Manager, Trainer and Accountant roles.
Is KRYOON a complete payroll or HR platform?
No. Growth and Pro include payroll and staff payout records, but KRYOON should not be treated as a full HR, recruitment or tax-withholding service.
