Refund & cancellation policy.
The terms for subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds, with the effective date shown below.
Overview
This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for KRYOON subscriptions. Indian customers are charged in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to free trials, paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds for KRYOON (the “Service”).
By purchasing a paid KRYOON subscription, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in addition to KRYOON’s Terms of Service and any other applicable agreement.
1. Free Trial
New eligible users may receive a 10-day free trial beginning on the date their KRYOON account/application is approved.
During the free trial:
- No payment information or card is required to start the trial.
- The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
- You must explicitly select a paid plan and successfully complete payment to continue using the paid Service after the trial.
- Merely adding or saving a payment method does not start billing.
- No subscription charge is made if the trial expires without an upgrade to a paid plan.
- If you do not upgrade before the trial expires, access may be suspended or restricted in accordance with KRYOON’s subscription terms.
- Trial-related data may be retained for 30 days after suspension, subject to KRYOON’s applicable data-retention and privacy terms.
We strongly recommend using the free trial period to evaluate whether KRYOON meets your requirements before purchasing a paid subscription.
2. Paid Subscriptions
KRYOON may offer monthly, annual, or other paid subscription plans.
Once a paid subscription has started and payment has been successfully processed, the payment is considered final except in the limited circumstances expressly described in this Policy.
Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
This applies to, without limitation:
- monthly subscription charges;
- annual subscription charges;
- subscription renewal charges;
- plan upgrade charges;
- prorated upgrade charges; and
- other paid Service charges, unless different terms are expressly disclosed before purchase.
3. Automatic Renewals
Where automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription may renew using your saved payment method at the end of the applicable billing period.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the applicable renewal if you do not wish to continue.
A successful renewal charge is generally non-refundable, including where:
- you forgot to cancel before renewal;
- you did not use the Service after renewal;
- you no longer need the Service;
- your business circumstances changed; or
- you changed your mind after the renewal was processed.
Exceptions apply only where expressly stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by either:
- signing in to your KRYOON account and going to:
Settings > Subscription & Billing > Cancel Subscription
or
- emailing:
using the email address associated with your KRYOON account.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- cancellation prevents the subscription from automatically renewing for another billing period;
- no further recurring subscription charge will be made after the current paid term ends;
- your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period; and
- you retain access to the applicable paid features until that billing period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not normally result in an immediate termination of paid access.
4.3 No Refund for Remaining Subscription Period
KRYOON does not provide refunds or credits for:
- unused days;
- partial months;
- partial annual periods;
- unused subscription time; or
- voluntary early cancellation.
For example, if you purchase an annual subscription and cancel six months later, your subscription will normally remain available until the end of the paid annual term, but the unused portion of the annual subscription will not be refunded.
5. General Refund Policy
Except for the specific circumstances described in Section 6 below, all payments made to KRYOON are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
A refund will not normally be issued because:
- you changed your mind;
- you did not use the Service;
- you used the Service less than expected;
- you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal;
- you no longer operate your gym or business;
- you no longer require KRYOON;
- you voluntarily cancel during an active billing period;
- you downgrade your subscription;
- an upgraded feature was not subsequently used; or
- you failed to make full use of the free trial before purchasing.
The availability of the free trial gives eligible customers an opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
6. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Provided
6.1 Duplicate Payment
If KRYOON or its payment-processing system incorrectly charges you more than once for the same transaction or billing period, the verified duplicate charge will be refunded.
6.2 Incorrect Billing Amount
If KRYOON incorrectly charges you an amount greater than the amount legitimately payable due to a verified KRYOON-side billing or system error, KRYOON will refund the verified incorrect amount or difference.
6.3 Refund Required by Law
KRYOON will provide a refund where applicable law requires one.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.
6.4 Exceptional Verified Service Failure
In extraordinary circumstances involving a significant and verified KRYOON-side service failure, extended outage, or material Service defect, KRYOON may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, provide:
- a full refund;
- a partial refund;
- a Service credit; or
- another appropriate billing adjustment.
Any such remedy will depend on the circumstances and verification of the issue.
Providing a discretionary refund or credit in one situation does not create an obligation for KRYOON to provide the same remedy in another situation.
7. Plan Upgrades
Customers may upgrade their subscription in accordance with KRYOON’s applicable plan and billing rules.
An upgrade may result in an immediate or prorated charge.
Once an upgrade or prorated upgrade charge has been successfully applied, that charge is generally non-refundable, except where:
- there is a verified billing error;
- there is a verified duplicate charge; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
8. Plan Downgrades
Downgrades are handled according to KRYOON’s applicable subscription and downgrade rules.
A downgrade does not normally entitle you to:
- a cash refund;
- reimbursement for the difference between plans; or
- a refund for unused features or subscription time.
Where a downgrade takes effect at a future renewal boundary, your existing plan may remain active until that boundary.
Any exception required by applicable law will continue to apply.
9. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions
Unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise, promotional, discounted, coupon-based, or special-price subscriptions are governed by the same refund rules described in this Policy.
If a promotion has different refund or cancellation conditions, those conditions will be disclosed as part of the promotion before purchase and will apply to that transaction.
10. Suspension or Termination for Violation
Where KRYOON suspends, restricts, or terminates an account because of:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- illegal activity;
- misuse of the Service;
- security abuse;
- violation of applicable law; or
- a material breach of KRYOON’s Terms of Service or other applicable agreement,
the customer will generally not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. One-Time Setup, Onboarding, or Professional-Service Fees
KRYOON does not currently charge separate one-time setup, onboarding, or professional-service fees as part of its standard offering.
If KRYOON introduces such paid services in the future, the applicable pricing and refund conditions will be disclosed separately before the customer purchases those services.
12. Enterprise and Custom Agreements
Certain Enterprise customers or customers purchasing under a negotiated order form, statement of work, or other written commercial agreement may have specific cancellation or refund terms.
Where a valid signed agreement contains terms that expressly differ from this public Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable signed agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict.
13. How to Request a Refund or Report a Billing Error
Refund requests and billing-error reports must be submitted by email to:
To help us investigate your request, please provide:
- your registered KRYOON email address;
- your gym/business name, where applicable;
- the relevant payment reference;
- the payment date;
- the amount charged; and
- a short explanation of the issue.
KRYOON may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or refund eligibility.
Submitting a refund request does not itself guarantee that a refund will be approved.
14. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
KRYOON will not ordinarily send an approved refund to a different bank account, card, wallet, or payment method.
A different method may be used where:
- refunding the original payment method is technically impossible; or
- applicable law requires another method.
15. Refund Processing Time
KRYOON will generally process an approved refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
Once KRYOON or its payment processor initiates the refund, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on:
- your bank;
- card issuer;
- payment network;
- UPI provider; or
- other applicable payment-service provider.
These external processing times are outside KRYOON’s direct control.
16. Why Paid Subscriptions Are Generally Non-Refundable
KRYOON provides eligible new customers with a 10-day free trial designed to allow them to evaluate the Service before making a paid commitment.
The trial:
- requires no payment;
- requires no card to begin;
- does not automatically convert to a paid subscription; and
- does not charge the customer unless the customer explicitly chooses a paid plan and completes payment.
Because customers are given an opportunity to evaluate the Service before purchasing, KRYOON generally treats paid subscription payments as final.
This section does not override the refund exceptions or mandatory legal rights described elsewhere in this Policy.
17. Discretionary Exceptions
KRYOON may make an exception to this Policy in extraordinary circumstances at its reasonable discretion.
Any discretionary refund, credit, extension, or other accommodation:
- may depend on verification of the circumstances;
- may be subject to specific conditions;
- will normally be communicated in writing; and
- does not establish a precedent or continuing entitlement for future transactions.
This discretionary authority does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
18. Changes to this Policy
KRYOON may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Where appropriate, the updated Policy will be published on the KRYOON website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply subject to applicable law and any contractual rights already applicable to an existing subscription or transaction.
19. Contact Us
For refund requests, billing errors, cancellation questions, or other billing inquiries, contact:

20. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, limits, or modifies any consumer protection, statutory warranty, refund entitlement, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or modified under applicable law.
Where a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
