Privacy policy.
How personal information is handled in connection with KRYOON.
1. Who we are
KRYOON is a brand and product of DAAZLY BATH FITTINGS, WZ-39A, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi – 110015, India. You can contact us at support@kryoon.com about privacy, your account, or this policy.
This policy covers our public website and KRYOON services. It explains our practices; reading it is not a request for marketing permission or permission to use optional cookies.
2. Your information and your gym's information
We decide how to use information needed to manage our relationship with you, such as a business enquiry, your KRYOON account, subscription, support request, and service security.
Your gym decides why it collects its members' and staff's information and what it enters into KRYOON. We handle those gym records on the gym's instructions to provide the service. If you are a member or employee with a question about a gym's records, contact that gym first. We help the gym respond where appropriate.
3. Information we handle
The information depends on how you use KRYOON:
- Website and enquiries: the details you choose to send us, and basic request or security information needed to serve and protect the site. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not sent to KRYOON. The contact form opens an email for you to review and send.
- Accounts and subscriptions: your name, business details, contact information, sign-in and verification information, chosen plan, billing records, and transaction references.
- Gym records: member and staff profiles; membership dates; attendance; invoices and recorded payments; classes; personal training; workout and diet guidance; progress information; products; stock; and related notes or files entered by authorised users.
- Support and communications: messages, the information you supply to resolve a problem, and records of relevant service notices.
Do not send passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs, or unnecessary medical or identity documents in support messages. Gyms should collect only the information they need and have the right to use.
4. Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and the gym features you choose, keep records connected, manage subscriptions and payments, answer requests, send necessary notices, protect accounts, investigate faults, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the purpose and the law that applies, this may be necessary to provide a requested service, fulfil a contract, comply with a legal duty, or protect a legitimate business or security interest. Where a use requires consent, we ask for it separately. Optional marketing and analytics choices are separate from signing up for the service.
5. Service providers: what is shared, with whom, and why
We use the providers below for specific parts of the service. A provider receives only the information needed for its role and the feature being used. Reading a public page does not send your gym's member records to all these companies.
These providers process information for us under the arrangements that apply to their services. Payment providers may also have their own legal duties, including fraud prevention and transaction recordkeeping. Their privacy links explain their own practices.

6. Other people who may receive information
Your gym's authorised owner, staff, and trainers can access information according to their responsibilities and permissions. A service you choose to connect may receive the information needed for that connection. We explain the relevant sharing where the feature requires it.
We may disclose information to professional advisers under confidentiality duties, to an authority where legally required, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights, or respond to a legal claim. If the business changes ownership, relevant information may transfer with appropriate safeguards and any notice required by law.
We do not sell personal information or share gym-controlled member records for unrelated third-party advertising.
8. Security and access
We use access restrictions, protected connections, private file access, and other reasonable measures to protect information. Staff access should be limited to the work each person needs to do. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Keep your sign-in details private, review who has access to your gym account, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or record has been accessed without permission. We investigate incidents and provide notifications where required by law and our commitments to the affected gym.
9. Where information is processed
Our providers and the people who support the service may process information in India and other countries. The location depends on the service and the arrangements that apply to it. We use the contractual and other safeguards required for the relevant transfer. We do not promise that every type of information stays only in India.
10. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose. This depends on the account relationship, the gym's instructions, legal and tax requirements, security needs, and any ongoing dispute. There is no single retention period for every record.
You or an authorised gym representative can contact us about account closure, export, or deletion. Some billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained. Deleted active records may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire or are replaced. We do not treat a deletion request as a promise that every copy disappears immediately.
11. Your choices, requests, and complaints
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain, or request deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy complaint. Contact support@kryoon.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before releasing or changing a record.
For member and staff records controlled by a gym, contact the gym first. We will help the gym with an appropriate request. You may also raise concerns with the relevant authority where the law provides that right.
You can change cookie choices in the footer and use an unsubscribe option for optional marketing messages. Service, account, payment, and security notices may still be needed while we provide the service.
12. Children and sensitive information
KRYOON is a business service. A gym that records information about children or health-related needs is responsible for the permissions, notices, and safeguards required for that information. Do not create an independent account for a child or upload sensitive information unless the relevant feature supports it and you have the authority required by law.
If you believe information has been provided inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate with the responsible gym.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The website will show the relevant effective date. We provide further notice or request a fresh choice where the change requires it. For questions, write to support@kryoon.com.
